- TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- All Plant, Tools & Equipment are hired out under HAE (Hire Association Europe) Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is on the reverse of the Hire Contract.

|
|
|
- HIRE PERIOD DEFINITIONS.
- All Plant, Tools & Equipment will be hired out on a 7 day week basis.
- There will be a minimum 1/2 day (4 hours) hire period on selected items of equipment subject to availability, which will be charged at one 1/2 the daily hire rate.
- One day’s hire = 24 hours this will be charged at 4/7ths. of the weekly hire rate.
- Two day’s = 48 hours this will be charged at 5/7ths. of the weekly hire rate.
- After two days (48 hours) the weekly hire rate will apply.
- For any additional days over the week, the extra days will be charged at 1/7th of the weekly hire rate.

- SPECIALS.
- Special D.I.Y. or Weekend hire rates, i.e. Friday pm or Saturday am to Monday am will be charged at 1 & 1/2 times the daily hire rate - subject to availability.
- Saturday or Sunday only hires - will be subject to the Managers discretion.

- SECURITY & INSURANCE.
- A security deposit, plus the hire charge to paid up front.
We will require two positive forms of identification prior to deliveries / collection
Payments & deposits can be made by Credit / Debit card or by Cash only - We do not accept cheques from none account customers.
Security deposits are refundable upon the safe return of the equipment,
New trade monthly credit accounts are welcomed.
- INSURANCE
- It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that they have adequate 'hired in plant insurance cover '
All equipment is hired out at the hirers own risk..

- DAMAGE WAIVER.
- Wizard Tool Hire can provide Damage Waiver Insurance cover if required at + 10% of the list hire rate.
